Title: Assistant Coach

After graduating from Commack High School in Commack, NY, Parson went to Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass. where he played all four years.  He was named 2nd team All-Conference his senior year and still holds almost every offensive record in program history.  

Parson went on to play three years of independent league baseball for the Vallejo Admirals, Nicholasville Blazers, and Santa Fe Fuego.  During his time on the Blazers, he served as a player/coach and the team trainer.  

During his time as a professional baseball player, Parson was a strength and conditioning and speed and agility coach at Revolution Athletics.  The goal was to train athletes to be more athletic and help it translate to their respective sports.

Parson worked as an assistant coach for Pine Manor College before moving to Los Angeles to become the assistant coach at West LA, where he's been coaching since the fall of 2019.

He have coached for Baseball Central as well as GBG as an assistant coach and a manager. Parson has a degree in Sport Management from Lesley University as well as a Master's in Performance Psychology from National University.
