The West LA women's soccer team lost to Compton College on Tuesday at Tartar Stadium.
The Wildcats were shorthanded and suffered a slow start, which resulted in a 2-0 trail at the end of the first half.
The team fought in the second half and managed to keep the Tartars from the net, but West was not able to get past Compton's goalkeeper.

West LA goalie Katherine Navarro tallied three of West's four saves.

West LA will travel to Oxnard College to face the Condors on Friday at 2 p.m.
